  -Facilitate project team to set up product modules and support on function in Temenos T24 core banking system to fit the need of AMK’s business. This includes define the existing processes and fine tune to suits with the processes in new CBS, ATM Switch, Card Management System, mPOS/POS, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking;
-Ensure well-managed end-to-end process from the start of the project, during the implementation, and post-implementation of the new core banking system. The well-managed implementation includes, but not limited to, the ability to timely manage the project with strong result orientation, compliance to the relevant regulations (if any), and balanced risk/business approach;
-Work closely and liaise with various stakeholders to determine AMK’s requirement and/or business reporting and act as the coordinator between the relevant stakeholder and the vendor;
-Advise AMK on technical perspective of Temenos Core Banking System, Oracle Database Management and other IT related procurements including hardware;
-Assist Project Steering Committee to manage and review work done by Temenos Implementation team and other third party of services (such as ATM switch, CMS, Agent Banking, etc.) during implementation and migration;
-Undertake required preparatory activities for ensuring smooth operation, data migration, and System securities of centralized Data Centre and Disaster recovery sites;
-Coordinate with vendors to plan and deliver training required for AMK’s staff;
-Supervise the system installation, and conduct initial operational workshops and seminars at the Head Office and branches offices;
-Ensure adequacy of procedures that provides for data integrity checks and maintenance, business continuity and business contingency planning;
-Establish and manage the project controls monitoring and reporting (High light report, Issue report, Lesson Learn report, etc.) to Project Steering Committee;
-Assist Project Steering Committee to drive Temenos T24 system implementation project government and Switch project implementation;
-Provide guidance to AMK on management information system and technology related issues;
-Ensure that behavioral expectations of team members are established;
-Manage the production of the required products, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiating;
-Establish and manage the project’s procedures risk management include contingency plan, issue and change control, configuration management, and communication;
-Prepare project timeline align with Vendor’s and AMK’s project plan;
-Support Data migration through unique tools and accelerators, proven methodologies and ability to manage migration and provide faster, higher quality and cost effective data migration for core banking implementations, including the risks of mitigation to data quality and integrity;
-Ensure the current implement is in line with near future (foreseeable) projects will happen after first go live such as IFRS implementation;
-Ensure the projects successfully completed and delivered with the time line and business requirement.

Qualification and Experiences:

  -A degree in IT or Business or a related relevant discipline, preferably with experience on Temenos T24 Core Banking system;
-Demonstrated experience in Core Banking System implementation (Temenos T24forMCB) and management, ATM, POS/mPOS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking ...etc.;
-Previous experience in the MFI and Commercial Bank is an advantage;
-Certified in IT Project Management is an advantage;
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required;
-Strong Analytical skills and ability to think literally;
-Key competencies include: Planning, Time management, People management, Problem solving, Attention to detail, Communication, Negotiation, Challenging, Conflict management, and change management
