  The purpose of the role is to grow, with customer development, priority channels by creating and implementing highly relevant winning solutions for the channel which answer to relevance shoppers in the channel, and trigger the growth of the category. Take category mixes and tailor to channel needs to maximize the opportunity for the customer and Unilever.

Develop channel understanding and insights for the organization, and building the strategy to best maximize the growth of the channel through the right mix of categories.

This role works closely with the Route to Market Team (Sales Team), AIM, and Brand Team.

Key responsibilities:
- Build deep channel understanding from real life customer perspective, channel issues and trends. Ensure this understanding is shared and developed throughout the sales organization to support solution selling approach. Be the Channel champion within the organization.
- Define optimal product-basket for the Channel, annual plans and channel budget
- Build activities (AVPs - activity value propositions) that help the customer and maximize growth
- Develop all selling materials in the channel responsible.
- Develop channel strategy and annual activity plans
. Define channel issues and opportunities
. Create Channel drivers & jobs to be done
. Build activities to Maximize channel coverage & growth
- Develop relevant marketing campaigns, manage implementation and measurement, which includes all media relevant to Channel
- Delivers sales volume forecasting from channel perspective (if required)
- Represent Unilever as segment expert in industry and work with key customers and distributors

Key interfaces:
- Route to Market Team (Sales team), AIM, and Brand Team, Distributors, Key Customers, Supply Chain, and Finance

  - At least Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent degree.
- Have minimum 4-5 years experiences in Sales or Customer/Trade Marketing is a must
- Be entrepreneurial and have good communication skills
- Be team worker
- Be open to new ideas
- Looking for new tools supporting growth of Unilever brands
- Have good negotiation and analytical skills
- Have experience in working in cross-functional teams
- Have good time management
- Have skills for solving problems
- Have good command of English
- Be willing to work hard

- Have advanced knowledge of MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Have project team member experience
