  Finance & Accounting
• Contribute to the quality of accounting projects and to the relevance of the information produced by ensuring the management of the accounts, by keeping records of the costs and the management of collections/payments (clients, insurance companies, outside bodies...) while seeing that accounting and banking rules are respected;
• Perform all the book-keeping functions from the input point up until the drawing up of the accounts under the supervision of his/her Manager;
• Perform regular checks on the accounting flows, which enable the drawing up of the standard accounting documents and the production of the report and accounts;
• Ensure the collection of client premiums, commissions and claim payments by the insurance companies;
• Take charge of supplier invoices and ensure their payment
• Prepare and record payments and everyday operating accounting entries (invoices, collections);
• Control the petty cash and perform bank reconciliations;
• In accordance with procedures, generate the payments authorized;
• Prepare the monthly tax declaration and review the accounts.
Admin
• Manage contacts and opportunities in central database;
• Responsible for office inventory, managing stationery and office supplies, and maintaining office appearance;
• Assist Manager in daily operations of the Company
  - University degree
- Good understanding of tax declarations
- At least 03 years experience in Admin & Accounting
- Be familiar with the key terms and processes linked to the insurance/broking sectors, the accountancy techniques
- Pay meticulous attention to procedures, priorities and deadlines
- Good organizational skills, analytical skills & time management
- Be able to work in a team/on a cross-divisional basis
- Long term commitment
- Able to work under high pressure
- Excellent English and Khmer in both written and spoken skills
- Microsoft Office literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
