  - Provide customers with product and service information via phone call, Facebook, and email;
- Handle customer inquiries both telepathically and by email;
- Answer calls and respond to emails ;
- Manage and resolve customer complaints;
- Enter new customer information into system;
- Follow up customer calls when necessary;
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
- Complete call log and produce call report daily, weekly, and monthly;
- Other task assign by management.
  - Graduated Bachelor of Finance and Banking or related field.
- Experience in bank or MFI sector is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill.
- Team work and willing to work under pressure.
- Honesty, work hard and be able to use Microsoft Office
