  Position Purpose: Working with Customer Relation Manager and Customer Relation Offers,

and Department Managers as part of the senior team, Deputy Customer Relation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the front end, building relationship with customers.

- Collaborate with billing, support, customer service and sales staff to ensure smooth transition among functions.
- Visit customers and assist with renewal and reinstatement of policies/contract to customers for debt/outstanding payment and requisite documents for service
requests.
- Update contact details of the customers visited and educate customer on various services such as payment terms and service contract.
- Providing appropriate advice to customers' queries in a timely and accurate manner; handle customers' inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maximize the retention rate and take prompt action to make customer’s satisfy and perceive quality.
- Monitor direct on Quality Service officer to ensure the quality service is improved from day to day.
- Do communication with customers for those who are willing or prompt to terminate service with Ezecom.
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues (Chase up call logged).
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve internet problem.
- To arrange or escalate for technical support where problems cannot be resolved at customer site.
- Continuously mentor or coach on communication skill and being the decision maker for some price discount or problem solving related to customers complaint.
- Track on request termination by all sources, email, call, and walk in customers.
- Communicate all information to CROs regarding special promotions and sale items.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by HOS and CRM Manager.

  - Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales/IT or related
- At least two years working experienced with related fields, especially with supervisory skills
- Language proficiency in English, Chinese speaking ability is an advantage,
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer services.
- Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
- Ability to manage front end operations effectively.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to CRM team.
