  1. In Charge of the development and delivery of all aspects of the catering service.
- Be responsible for the effective supervision of the day to day operations of all events, business meetings, receptions etc.
- Organize food and beverage services of organizations, businesses and events whilst meeting costumers expectations
- Ensure all aspects of presentation and service, meets the high quality standards of the company.
- Keep the quality and the service provided.

2. Must be able to organize, lead and motivate the catering team.
- Supervise all staff of catering and be a leader and mentor.
- Deal with staff and client issues.
- Check event bookings and ask for staff ,through the office
- Undertake training of permanent or casual staff (if necessary) relevant to the post.
- Must be able to ensure staff follows up to food hygiene standards.
- Monitor and control the performance of catering staff.
- Communicate effectively with all catering staff and follow up of the delivery of provided list to the costumer.
- Ensure the highest standard of costumer care and make sure that they are dealt within a nice and friendly manner.
- Work in a confidant, flexible and “can do” style

3. Must be able to plan menus, budgeting and establish financial targets in consultation with chefs and/or office.
- Think creatively about your menus and plan in line of budget.
4. Recommend improvements to the service offered by the company in response to the costumerfeedback.
- Plan new initiatives and contribute to business development.
- Keep up with trends and developments in catering. Such as menus tastes and providing equipment.
5. Be responsible for the catering equipment, supervise and instruct the
driver and catering staff and take end responsibility.
- Receive, check and record the delivery of food, beverage, supplies and equipment at place of event.
6. Work close together with office and all managers or supervisors of other departments.
- Order new equipment or supplies to the office.
- Ask for catering staff (provided by shop, kitchen and bakery)
through office.
- Receive catering list from office and follow up.
- Give updates when asked or when needed
- Assist other office staff with their workload when necessary.
7. Work flexible hours
- Work floating hours according to business level and needs.
- Be able to handle last minute changes
- Work evenings, weekends and late nights.
- Be reachable when needed.

8. Must be able to read and write in proper English.
- All written communication will be provided in English.
- Work on your written and spoken English skills.

  - Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English Level
- 4 years experiences in Food and Beverage Industry
- 2 years experiences as Catering Manager
- Computer knowledge is a plus
