  ** Department Summary
- To promote MSC’s services as a brand
- To carry out MSC’s Business Plan
- To provide customer services to clients
- To administer Cambodia’s overall operation, logistics, documentation, export, import and claim.

** Position Summary
- To Manage and oversee the Customer Service Department
- To consolidate Cambodia Weekly Long Range prospects for Regional Office
- To manage and support documentation enquiries
- To manage and support import enquiries
- To manage and support daily operation and equipment stock
- To manage export booking enquiries
- To coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues/claims.
- To coordinate and support Cambodia’s internal systems

** Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure smooth function of Customer Service Department
- Manage and coordinate space utilization for Cambodia
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure no service interruption to customers.
- Consolidate Cambodia Weekly Long Range prospects for Singapore Regional Office
- Manage and control logistics related matters and equipment stock.
- Manage overall booking and its prospect.
- Manage documentation enquiries and issues in accordance with local/global compliance policies
- Manage import enquiries and local documentation related matters.
- Coordinate claim process with relevant stakeholders to resolve customers’ claims.
- Keep track team’s performance to ensure given KPIs achieved.
- Support Cambodia’s system related matters and system testing.

  - At least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or International Relation preferred;
- At least 5 years of Customer Service function in Shipping
- Strong software application knowledge
- MS Office applications
- Customer Orientated.
- Able to work independently
- Team player , able to motivate
- Positive and energetic
- Strong leadership quality
