  ** Department Summary
- To develop, maintain and expand MSC’s Customer base in Cambodia by promoting MSC’s services as a brand, executing MSC’s Business Plan, providing strong customer services to clients and administering Cambodia’s daily booking prospects.

** Position Summary
- To manage and oversee the Sales functions in Cambodia
- Maintain the current clientele as well as increase MSC market presence
- Responsible for all nominations / Forecasting / Allocation
- Be responsive in all quotations / trouble shooting / enquiries from customers

- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Sales and Customer service divisions, including:
- Maximizing load factors and ensures GVA's pricing strategies are carried out.
- Ensure Sales team adhere to Geneva’s pricing and allocation guide line
- Provide market feedbacks and proposals report
- Maintain up-to-date market / client contacts
- Solicit new accounts and expand customer base
- Ensure overall Customer Base data are updated regularly.
- Maintain daily contact and current support to existing accounts and review / regain lost accounts
- Provide pre and post sales assistances to clients
- Consolidation of Cambodia’s daily booking for Asia Regional Office
- Provide benchmark on local collections
- Review and make appropriate recommendations on Credit Facilities
- Review booking prospects and ratio of high / low paying revenue bookings for all trades daily
- Review prospects / bookings and inventory weekly
- Timely reporting of CO-ACT KPI to Asia Regional Office
- Timely review with General/Commercial Manager on Lifting performances
- Routine market feedbacks to MSC including, but not limited to weekly Market rates, GRI, local charges benchmarking , Competitors’ profile and actions
- Ensure timely submission of required reports
- Review Outstanding over dues by clients frequently with Finance AR team and provide directions to respective Sales team to assist and expedite recoveries from overdue clients

  - At least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing or International Relations are preferred;
- At least 5 years of Sales Manager function in Liner Agency/Pricing
- Strong MS Office software application
- Strong written & spoken English Skill.
- Good Communication and inter personal skill.
- Customer Orientated.
- Team Building spirit.
- Have self-drive and passion to deal with people.
- Able to work independently
- Patience.
- Good Analytical Skill.
- Strong Leadership.
- Ability to delegate and monitor through strong leadership.
