*** Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development & Management:
a. Recruit, develop, and manage a local sales team, consisting of Life Insurance Consultants (LIC), LIC Unit Managers, LIC Directors within a designated territory/province/key city;
b. Responsible for delivering company sales and recruitment targets;
c. Manage sales expenses within budget;
d. Drive execution of key sales activities such as Business Opportunity with Prudential, Customer Presentation, UM-UMT Monthly Meeting, LIC Monthly Briefing and other activities supporting sales.
2. Training and Supervision:
a. Conduct development trainings for direct line of sales managers and LIC sales force;
b. Develop potential LICs for UM career path through Unit Manager Trainee Program (“UMTP”);
c. Lead and coach a team of UMs/Unit Manager Trainees/LIC Directors/etc.
3. Risk and Compliance Management:
a. Manage and control all risk and compliance related to sales and act as first line of defense at the direct team level;
b. Key liaison with SD’s Quality & Standards and LIC Channel’s Sales Operations & Business Quality;
c. Supervise and ensure the execution of all due diligence process related to Channel Management.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Deliver all KPIs and Sales Targets set by the company within the given scope of responsibility;
2. The incumbent is required to build and manage working relationships across various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution so that key tasks, projects and targets are delivered on time and at the level of expectation;
3. Continuously develop and execute initiatives to improve working process, expense efficiency and effectiveness, over-achieve targets and working environment that attract talents;
4. Manage sales and recruitment activities to ensure that the events are most effective and delivered on time as per pre-determined budget;
5. Closely monitor business quality and compliance to build quality sales force and resolve any compliance issues as they arise;

  *** Key Success Factors:

a. Qualification: University Degree or equivalent;
b. Experience: Minimum 3-year sales experience with the last 2 years in sales management. Those with bank / MFI branch management experience; regional sales manager from TELCO are highly encouraged to apply.
c. Skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and communication skill,
- Able to motivate and lead large team,
- Able to understand numbers and prepare sales reports.
