  o Develop, manage and coordinate the activities of facilities, design professionals and vendors to ensure
that facilities services, maintenance, upkeep and planning of upgrading of assets are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints.
o Participate in final inspections, ensure all deficiencies are remedied, and coordinate final acceptance by user.
o Supervise subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments,training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
o Manage the personnel responsible for the upkeep and appearance of the facility and grounds.
o Ensure that all vendors and on-site vendors procured by PCSC are aware of and adhere to all Company
Safety Procedures and they so signify by signing the proper documentation.
o Interface with other departments, vendors and supplier personnel.
o Responsible for site budget process and audit the same to ensure that goals are met.
o Responsible for effective communications levels and foster team building.
o Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
o Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings.
o Build a strong facilities team in order to support it operationally.
  o Male or Female
o Bachelor’s degree ( Engineering, mechanical or electrical )and 05 years of facilities management experiences
o Proven organizational and supervisory skills.
o Excellent understanding of computer applications.
o Engineering/mechanical background, Facility Maintenance, Safety, Health & Environment, Security or

Janitorial Services.
o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
o Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
o Building strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication
o Develop and execute strategies for office centers and facilities.
o Problem solving skills
o Must be a provider of excellent customer service
skill
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
University graduated.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
o Male from 27 years old up
o Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point
o Fluently in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing
o Preferably working experience in Total Facilities Management
Personal Competencies:

o Well-job- organized and seek to achieve ego
