  Job Description

- Preparing the purchase request and purchase order.
- Controlling and checking the organization’s fixed assets, premise, and security.
- Preparing the asset’s list and creating the fixed asset controlling tools.
- Controlling and managing the inventory list and office supply.
- Building Close relationship with suppliers, local authority, and other service provider.
- Preparing the monthly withholding tax declaration of the organization and closely work with tax body and regulators.
- Cooperating closely with other departments and other staff and management.
- Managing the administrative affairs and work closely with HR department.
- Preparing the holiday announcement, calendar designation and deal with the printing houses.
- Preparing the administrative unit’s annual budget.
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.

  Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Management, or related field.
- Experience in administrative affairs for at least 3 years. (For Manager)
- Experience in administrative affairs for at least 1 years. (For Officer)
- Experience in preparing tax declaration is a plus.
- Work hard under pressure and on time manner.
- Good inter-personal skill and communication with internal and external customers.
- Ability to speak, read and write English as well.
- Ability to have Microsoft Office literacy and presentation skill.
