- Get all the customer's complain and resolve the problem for customer timely
- Negotiate with customer and transfer the problem to related department to resolve
- Get the customer payment and follow the customer's payment
- Prepare daily report and monthly report
- Transfer the money to bank and control all receive
  - Only female, good looking, friendly, patience and high commitment
- Good command in English, can speak Chinese is plus
- Still studying or graduated
- Experience will be better
- Can get all customer's complain and good at negotiation
