  Responsibilities

• Handle voice and chat support.
• Provide a strong, unique and personalized service.
• Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
• Responding to customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problems, selecting and choosing the best solutions to solve the problem.
• Collecting customers’ feedbacks / information and escalate them for improvement purposes.

  Requirements

• Had good communication skills both spoken and written in KHMER.
• Has knowledge in basic CRM tools and has experience in chat and voice support for any customer service and technical support environment.
• Candidates who has worked for financial institutions are welcome as well.
• Sales and financial background can be considered.
• Customer oriented and has experience in dealing with customers directly and escalations will be a plus.
• Highly motivated.
• Must be able to work shifting schedule and public holidays.
• Successful applicants will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
