  - Assist in processing the loan disbursement and collection with accuracy and accountability.
- Explain clients about all of the important things from policies on loan, repayment schedule, loan size, term, interest……etc.
- Alert LOs on their loans overdue and call for repayment on time in keeping close track of repayment update.
- Collect repayment, check cash note, verify balance and deposit to the bank as daily basis.
- Make a daily cash count with direct manager and report to accountant or head of finance department.
- Check bank receipts for loan repayment with chief teller, accountant, and head of finance or GM.
- Perform other tasks ordered by supervisor, accountant, head of finance department
  • BBA in management, marketing, public relation or related field.
• Working experienced in banking or MFI with customer services is preferable.
• Ability to involve with a multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Very good communication skill in English and Khmer.
• Computer literate (Ms Office, Internet and email).
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, Internet, and email etc.
• Proven experience in customer services relationship management and complaints resolution.
• Proven experience in consumer lending is advantageous.
• Proven experience in motivating and coaching a team.
• Punctuality, loyalty, and dependability.
• Good social relationship with people in all level.
