  - To work out the annual budget plan and its implementation to ensure that company meets business revenue budget and control expenses.
- Responsible for developing the International and Domestic Express, mail and courier services.
- Expanding the customers and agency network.
- Recruit and motivate staff, administer, plan and review cost and procedures with the objective to meet service and cost budgets.

Main responsibility

- General manages the Business Development and Operational activities of Express business.
- Develop and monitor appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with available policies/practices and applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- To identify new business opportunities and/or new services/products based on customer needs and industry development.
- Leading Sales and Customer services teams to develop Express business and expanding customers and agency network.
- Leading Operations team to deliver the best service to customer well and meet requirements of partner.
- Executive business strategy including day to day customer management, operational development, business development
- Coordinate and plan plant activities with Department Managers to insure that the total Company objectives are accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
- Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.
- Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress. Establish career development and succession plan for key staff in Express function
- Collaborate with functional leaders in HR, Finance, IT, Operations and Business Development.

REPORT

- Prepare Business plan, Operations activities and Sales report.
- Weekly and monthly P&L and performance of company.
- Reporting the time recording reports

OTHERS

- Involve in business strategies with Regional Director.
- Maintain good relationship with strategic partner.

  - At least 6 years in Express industry and at least 5 years at management level.
- Express project development.
- Operation excellent is preferable
- Experience in Customs Clearance is a plus
- University graduated. MBA is preferable
- English: Excellent in reading / listening/ writing/speaking
- MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
- Organized, process- oriented.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Good sense of market price of freight forwarding rates.
- Excellent communication and building relationship.
- High motivated, disciplined and compliance.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
