  -Provide service and manage Privilege customers and plan cases according to the policies and guidelines on Privilege management
-Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
-Ensure that customers get their Manulife premium notices and other notices on time and has sufficient lead time to prepare for the payment
-Ensure that all customer enquiries/complaints are addressed and responded to in a timely fashion,
and also ensure that any service failure is remedied immediately to avoid any threat to Manulife
reputation while injecting appropriate business sense and be customer focus
-Manage the upcoming and existing Privilege customer base
-Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections by gaining customers trust
(internal as well external)
-Perform occasional customer visit duties assigned
-Educate self on existing procedure and guidelines
-Ensure strict compliance on documentation provided by the customers
-Provide help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
-Manage communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
-Investigate and provide solutions to customer’s problem, which may be complex or long standing problems that require special handling
-Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Ensure work processes are in accordance with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines
-Create customer loyalty through the delivery of unrivalled customer service
erform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
-Build and maintain business relationships with our clients, ensuring that they receive the
customized service they need
-Further improve customer centricity with efficiency and effectiveness providing customer satisfaction with reliable and advance notices and persistencyimprovement
-Further enhance corporate image/brand by providing improved customer service using reliable Manulife staff for door to door service
-To focus on portfolio enhancement, cross sell and up sell of multiple products, as well as focus on acquisition of new Privileged customers
-To service customer enquiries and deliver excellent service through communication and team work
  -A Bachelor's degree
-A minimum 1 year experience in customer service
-Strong service delivery customer focus & result oriented
-Ability to meet the client's requirements and being able to maximize relationships profitability
-Computer Proficiency: PC literate in MS Office, including Word,Excel
