  -Maintain and operate daily task of operational works;
-Guide and lead NOC engineers on the troubleshooting and customer communications;
-Work with product, sales and marketing, operation managers and vendors to deliver business cases, products and services SLA and specifications;
-Solve problems and create solutions;
-Monitor external Service Providers and Contractors for performing project with effectiveness and professionalism;
-Identify and recommend changes to improve provided service to customers;
-Be prompt to perform actions to assist customers;
-Promptly escalate important issues and concerns to the CTO and management team;
-Organize and monitor Technical Service teams to ensure customers are provided with excellent customer service;
-Promote information and knowledge sharing among the Technical Service Teams;
-Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve their skills;
-Track staff performance and take actions as required;
-Provide effective leadership to Technical Service staff;
-Ensure Technical Service staff follow company policies, Procedures and Processes;
-Any other related as assigned from time to time by CTO.
  -Bachelor or Master degree of Electrical Engineering/IT or related field;
-Solid working knowledge and experiencing at least 7 years in ISP, Telecom/IT technologies
-Having at least 5 years experience in managing and leading employees
-Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
-Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines;
-Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
-Effective People Management skills
-Strong Planning, Organization, and Presentation Skills
-Strong interpersonal skills;
-Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
-High level of professionalism and transparency across all activities with a flexible approach, willingness to learn and a positive outlook to high-pressure, fast moving and changing circumstances dependencies;
