  Shop Operations:
• Ensure clean and friendly working environments all time during operations
• Managing attendance of all staff in the same shift
• Make sure all staff are ready for service and know procedures of opening and closing the shop
• Take care of the shop with responsibility and Supervise all staff (baristas, cashier) and make sure they stick to the shop rules and regulations.
• Solving complaints and problems in the shop
• Wear shop uniform and make sure all staff wear the uniform
• Make report of expenses and report of amount of sale volume
• Follow suggestions of the Company’s representative
• Daily and weekly meeting with all baristas and cashiers
• Overall Management of the shop
Customer Service:
• Act as a role model for customer service excellence to all customers
• Ensure all baristas, cashiers provide best services to all customers
• Handling complaints from customers
Products:
• Good knowledge of all products in the shop (will be trained)
• Ensure all baristas, cashiers know all products and services in the shop
• Pushing promotion of all products in the shop
Staff Training:
• Train all baristas and cashiers about products, service, usage of equipment, working procedures
• Provide periodic refresher training to old staff and train newcomers
Stock/Inventory Management:
• Manage stock inventories and Ordering and facilitate shipment
• Inventory update report
  • University Student or Fresh Graduate of Tourism, Marketing, Business, or any related field
• 1 year experience in similar role or senior barista/cashier or customer services
• Fairly Good English, speaking and writing
• Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email)
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Be able to train and lead a team
• Presentation, coaching and motivation skills
• Good team player and problem solver
• Commitment and professional
• Attention to detail and positive attitude
• Be able work on weekend/holiday
