  DUTIES:
• Assist to monitor and evaluate sales staffs performance to maintain their abilities and efficiencies.
• Ensure effective internal communication within Sales team and across departments in the company.
• Assist to identify on fast moving items and slow moving items of the company products for minimize the stocks holding day.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining availabilities of sufficient stocks to reply to the real market’s demand.
• Assist to do the reports as daily, weekly and monthly regarding to the sales team performance and customers performance.
• Assist to keep track on the daily sales performance both data entry and system checking.
• Assist to keep and categorize on the customers profile for sales department.
• Assist other tasks as required by top management.
  REQUIREMENTS:
• IT Degree / Business Administrative Degree.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in marketing or administrative positions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to do a multi-task.
• Willingness to assist other staff and volunteers on their projects as needed.
• Motivated and hard working and Self-starting and initiative taker.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (Half Day).
