  1. Scope of Working:

Deputy branch manager is a role to manage credit operation in branch and ensure quality of loan process service to customers and to manage fraud committed by field staff. This role is also responsible for managing quality of tasks of credit offices to achieve their annual target with good quality of portfolio at risk. Coaching and training are also conducted by deputy branch manager to all subordinates to improve their productivity.

2. Job Responsibility:

- Manage and support credit officers in daily work; promotion, disbursement, collection, solving overdue, and loan follow up after disbursement.
- Participate in proposing KPI for subordinates.
- Assist branch manager in loan assessment and loan appraisal process.
- Analysis on loan application information and check for completeness of document preparation before submit to the committee for approval.
- Manage quality of loan portfolio by CO.
- Communicate with local authorities, village loan committee, and garment loan committee to build good relationship.
- Coach COs in conducting loan disciplinary to loan clients.
- Assist branch manager to coach weak/new COs to improve productivity.
- Lead COs to collect strength and weakness of competitors at field for setting strategic plan.
- Fraud management at branch level.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

  3. Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in management, business administration, banking and finance or other related fields.
- Good comment in financial analysis and critical thinking.
- Problem solving skill.
- Motivation skill and good team work.
- At least 2 years’ experience in microfinance or banking sector.
- Computer skill (Ms. Office, Internet, email) is an advantage.
- Good for both written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Strong commitment and flexibility.
- Be honest, initiative, hardworking, and good interpersonal skill.
- Pleasant behaviour and can work under pressure.
- Must have a valid driving license.

4. Working Day & Hour:

- Mon-Fri (7:30am-4:30pm)
- Lunch time (12:00pm-1:00pm)
