  + General Purpose:

In Charge of THE SHOP Brand and TS Concept Branches Communication and design. Keeping The Shop historical Touch, Style and Atmosphere, and using up to date Communication tools as well as more “traditional” tools.
Indoor Communication: Including Decoration, Restaurant information’s to customers, Outdoor signage, Packaging…
Outdoor Communication: Traditional Media, Online media, Social Media and Street Marketing.
Production: Participate to define Events Products and new Trends product.

+ Main Responsibilities:

- Products, Brands and services Advertising / Promotion:

• Determines the demand for products and services offered by the market (TS Concept and its competitors) and identify potential customers.
• Participate in Direct Sales tools creation such as Catalogs, price list, Loyalty Cards…
• Plan, formulates, directs and coordinates marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, with advertising, promotions and Event. Follow up and update Loyalty Program.
• Control Restaurant decoration standards to keep THE SHOP historical Touch, Style and Atmosphere.
• Creating cost-effective advertising programs and Promotion merchandising strategies for the company to acquire major sales opportunities.
• Handle and developed all Online Marketing tools (Website – Facebook – Twitter…) to maximize efficiency.

- Market & strategies:

• Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Compiles lists describing product or service offerings. Importantly to initiate market research studies and analyzes their findings.
• Develops pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing TSC profits or shares of the market while ensuring the TSC customers are satisfied.
• Oversee product development in order to develop a marketing strategy. (In relation with Catering Manger & Executive Chef).
• Monitors trends (Link with economy development, property market…) that indicate the need for new products and services.

- Financial overview:

• Evaluates the financial aspects of Event launching or promotion, such as research, promotion budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasting and strategic plan to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

  + Requirement

• Position open to foreigners
• From 27 yo to 35 yo
• University graduate with solid academic results preferably in business / marketing management;
• 5 years experiences with Comprehensive Marketing experience acquired in Branding, F&B, Online.
• Website Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Branding/Marketing, Performance, and Functionality efforts to positively impact online communication efforts;
• Understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google;
• Experience with web analytics tools;
• Ability to think creatively and innovative;
• Must have a natural feel for good and healthy food, and fine taste for interior design and decoration;
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
• Proactive and motivated personality, strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of Main ADOBE software (Photoshop – In Design…) Illustrator, social network platforms, Google analytics and their use / value;
• Strong organizational skills; Innovation and energy with a desire to drive others;
• Knowledge of SE Asia country;
• Proficient in English;
• Competent IT skills preferred.
