  • Offering guidance and information to customers regarding the Mall’s facilities, stores and events or concerts and where they are
• Manage lending of prams such as baby cart or wheelchair to customers following the Mall procedure
• Use public announcement system to remind customers about ongoing and upcoming events, or to raise their awareness for issues that require caution
• Receiving request to search for lost children/lost belongings
• Help lost children to find their parents in safe manner
• Recording and reporting the lost items of customers
• Receive and keep the found items and return back to the owner of the lost item according to the policy and procedure of the Mall
• Help in providing first aid to injured or sick person in the Mall
• Collect feedback from customers and report to supervisor
• Receiving the telephone and answer questions professionally
• Display and maintain Marketing Papers, regarding promotions and upcoming events, at the counter
• Cooperate with other team-mates to ensure the customer gets proper support
• Be professional and courteous at all times and make customers/guests feel welcome
• Helping customers to follow evacuation procedures in the event of evacuation
• Daily exchanging of the mall’s updates or information with co-workers of different shifts
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Alertness and ability to make decision
• Excellent communication skills: Speaking and listening skills are very important
• Doing Bachelor Degree or Fresh Graduate of English, Communication, IR, Tourism or other related fields
• Good English Communication-be able to communicate with English Speaking People
• Working Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel)
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Confidence and Proactive in Dealing with Customers
• Having related experience is a plus; No experience is also welcome!
