  HRINC Consulting is Cambodia’s leading provider of HR consulting services. Our products include annual compensation and benefit survey, HR audit, internal work rules and regulations (internal policy development), employee satisfaction surveys, organization development projects, HR, education, skills and labour market research.
We are looking for a consulting manager with a strong HR analytic background with excellent presentation and writing skills who can manage a team and different HR related projects to meet the client’s expectation at HRINC’s standard performance level. While you will be managing and driving the project implementation till the final stage of presenting the report to the client, the position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and project management skills.

• Carrying out research and data collection to understand the clients’ organisation
• Conducting analysis on HR data including job description, policy and procedure
• Interviewing the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders
• Running focus groups and facilitating workshops where needed and depending on project type
• Preparing business proposals and presentations
• Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients
• Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
• Managing projects and the project implementation team
• Leading and managing those within the team, including analysts
• Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
• Ability to work in a team

  Education
• Prefer an economics, mathematics, finance or law degree however experience and demonstration of skills is also important.
• Experience in working, coordinating and following up on administration matters is critical and more important. We want demonstrated ability to follow deadlines, communicate effectively and follow up on tasks assigned.
Experience
• At least 3 – 5 years of HR consulting experience with an international consulting firm
• Project management and team management experience is a must
Computer skills
• Advanced level of Excel Proficiency
• Highly experienced in using MS Word and PowerPoint
• SPSS and/or other analysing program
