Position Description:
The Customer Care Representative is first point of contact with clients and responsible for providing a quality customer experience to satisfy client's needs. As an important member of the Sale Team he/she works closely with the Support Team and the IT team to address and resolve issues raised by clients for projects in the support, maintenance, or warranty stage.

Job Description:
– Contribute to the maintenance of relationships with local and international clients by providing excellent customer service and support to the Sales Team
– Identify and document customer issues via phone, emails, or internal systems and ensure all details provided to the Support Team are accurate and sufficient to enable the problem to be fixed
– Produce reports to Sales and Production teams as per the departments requirements
– Collect, clarify, and analyze client requirements and feedback to Production the key issues that clients are experiencing
– Create and update on-going agreements and contracts with clients ensuring all details are accurate and appropriate
– Create invoices for all billable hours spent on resolving client issues in line with contracts, warranties and service level agreements

  – At least 3 years experience in Sales and Customer Service preferably in the technology industry
– Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
– Professional experience working and communicating with international clients
– Good understanding of web development products
– Experience with Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban), a plus
– Strong commitment to Web Essentials' core values and mission
