  The Job:
• Lead the team in planning, directing and managing of food preparation ensuring correct procedures, high food quality, service and hygiene standards.
• Good culinary knowledge and skills in Western, Asian and fusion cuisines
• Ability to create new menus and seasonal food concepts
• Good management skills in food inventory mix and food cost control
• Ability to work along and train kitchen team

  The Person:
• Good certification in food preparation and culinary skills
• At least 3 to 5 years of cooking experience in a senior position
• Innovative and creative in culinary skills
• Good leadership skills with high degree of commitment to excel in growing the restaurant brand
• A team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
