  1. OPERATING:
- Yearly planning of staffing requirements in terms of number and capacities in order to make sure that Organization has the right human resources to meet its mission.
- Define and implement sourcing, recruiting and hiring policies in order to facilitate a quick integration on new joiners to the organization.
- Identify training and development needs from Organization staff and provide policies, procedures and tools to implement them.
- Define and implement yearly performance evaluation policies, procedures and tools.
- Establish Organization remuneration policies regarding the following criteria: performance, competitiveness and internal equity.
-Define and implement a succession plan for critical roles in the organization.
- Lead the execution of a yearly organizational climate survey on issues such as: global/are communication, team work, people management, motivation, recognition, training and development, identification with Organization, etc.
- Prepare and follow-up the yearly budget of the Human Resources Department. Suggest mitigation actions, if necessary.
- Supervise Human Resources Administration (e.g. Hires and dismissals, contracts, taxes, etc.) ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Supervise health and safety procedures in compliance with current legislation.
- Legally represent Organization before public authorities on labour and health at work issues.

2. MANAGEMENT:
- Identify training and development needs for their team and coordinate their implementation.
- Provide his/her team with the required technical means so that they can perform their work in the best conditions.
- Promote, encourage and support the development of the people in his/her Department.
- Ensure that all members in his/her team have yearly objectives, monitor their performance and provide them with feedback.
- Promote and encourage Organization culture and values, being an example of empathy, motivation, courage and confidence.
- Support and monitor actions to promote the strengthening of the organizational culture.
-Actively participate in the Committees assigned to the Human Resources Director in Organization Governance Model.

3. REPORTING:
- Produce regular reports for Organization Director and giving updates on service level provided.
- Provide Organization Management with the defined monthly indicators and specific reports on demand.

  - University degree. Preferably on Social or Legal Sciences
- Specialty in Human Resources
- Graduate studies in Management (Master, PhD)
- Experience in Labour Relations
- Knowledge of Labour Laws
- High level of English and French. Capacity to attend international meetings and presentations
- Five years experience in Human Resources Department
- Five years experience in managing teams
