  1. Report to Chief Executive Officer and President.

2. Recruitment and Resourcing: Develop job description, identify competencies needed and recruit new staffs, setup interviews, coordinate interviews with Corporate Admin and HR Executive, CEO, President or the other related departments, and participate in the selection process.

3. Human Resource Management:
a. Employee Relations: closely working with Corporate Admin and HR executive and under the direction of CEO, the HR and Assistant Admin Executive is to:
- Foster peace and harmonization among CLMV teamwork,
- Facilitate information transfer via friendly and effective communication between top management team and employees on policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, performance management, etc.,
- Develop, implement, maintain, and present HR policies and procedures, and ensure the employee handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date,
- Ensure employees are aware of the policies and procedures and able to comply with then effectively,
- Conduct orientation and introduction for new employee,
- Prepare and manage employee’s employment contracts,
- Handle employee database,
- Manage leave and attendance system,
- Develop memo and information announcement,
- Develop and review the system of performance appraisals and keep developing as necessary,
- Monitor and evaluate employees’ performance and progress,
- Offer conflict management process, feedbacks and the face to face appointment with staffs in all levels.

b. Training and Development:

- Identify and analyze staff training: CLMV as a whole or CSME and CAs entity a part, development and career supports needs,
- Evaluate and develop training reports to CEO and President,
- Maintain training record for all staff and assist with any training initiatives as required,
- Continuously motivate and coach employees on the day-to-day basis.

4. Assist to provide supports to admin work and maintenance, especially oversee receptionist’s admin work:
- Manage and perform tasks related to the administration of the business including supplies, Stationary, furnishings, events, business equipment and room scheduling
- Direct and handle telephone communication including transfers and messages
- Support accounting and operations
- Other periodic administrative duties
5. Perform other tasks assigned by management team.

  - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or any related fields
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in relevant position
- Knowledge of office management jobs and ability to hold admin, accounting and HR jobs
- Good command of English language
- Good command of IT skill (Microsoft office, internet and email, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill, critical thinking
- Good looking appearance, dynamic and able to work under pressure
- Honesty, responsibility, initiative ideas and hard work
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Work and time managements
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Confidence , strong problem solving and decision making capabilities and attributes
- Integrity, reliability and adaptability
- Ability to deal with different people in a professional manner
